I have many good things, just looking around my scr.otum and based on my tree. I have a few, and they look like grains () white dots. What can I do to get rid of it?

When the grains are not painful, do not worry, this is not herpes. Herpes sores.

Acne is very rare in the genital area. Maybe you want to go to a doctor because of this, what you describe is very similar to herpes.
