What is a simple way to make bubble skirts (pics are helpful)? - bubble skirt pattern
Me and four friends are all different sizes, and we want the bubble skirts, instead of buying them. Does anyone know an easy way to do this, or I can, to a low-cost model number? We want to be above the knee, right above it.
