Bubble Skirt Pattern What Is A Simple Way To Make Bubble Skirts (pics Are Helpful)?

What is a simple way to make bubble skirts (pics are helpful)? - bubble skirt pattern

Me and four friends are all different sizes, and we want the bubble skirts, instead of buying them. Does anyone know an easy way to do this, or I can, to a low-cost model number? We want to be above the knee, right above it.

1. As your hips and about 2 inches to that measurement. Cut a rectangle the length and width of a few inches will be shorter than the skirt. Sew the 2 sides, so that you end up with a pipe.

2. and measure your waist (or if you want the skirt) sit down and a strip of cloth on a permanent basis with a width of 4 cm, cut and set aside.

3. skirt.take your circle of fabric, fold in half and then fold in half. Divide the waist measurement by four and cut a quarter circle to show it has the fabric has a hole in the middle to accommodate the size (but not yet opened!). to measure how long you keep the skirt and cut about 1 / 4 circle of care to a length away from him. now open. They should matter a donut.

4. Sewing tube of stage 1 in the circle skirt away from step 3. You should end up with a skirt that matches up well with a long flowy.

5.Now stitch the cuff to 2 up to the hips step. Edge of the shore.

6. or collect "spirit" of flowy skirt, so that the width is the width of the pipe. This will give you poofiness!

7. Sew the bottom of the skirt flowy at the bottom of the tube.

8. Voila! That's it!

(I found it online so far)
