How to add plug in without disturbing header in Dreamweaver CS4? - dreamweaver demo

I'm looking forward to creating new Web sites, as I recently installed Dreamweaver, for two nights.
I downloaded a template and all was well until I tried to add a plugin (http://jquery.com/demo/thickbox/). When you add the plug-in a text box disappears, the space between the pillars and the top. The "model" with all the dimensions in pixels (where the green and flat inside) does not seem to make the bottom on the page. I am at a loss, how to resolve this problem.

Any tips?
