An occasional permit is required if alcohol is served in a place other than a licensed institution. Standard Operating Procedures are issued are provided mainly for receptions and parties, but also for exhibitions and auctions of spirits.
In terms of recovery, Standard Operating Procedures provide a beer tent at the Community level festivals, for example.
