Beginner Boxing Workout Boxing Workout Question!?

Boxing workout Question!? - beginner boxing workout

Well I started boxing training on my own (no sneakers or something) I do not buy all the necessary equipment.

I wonder whether someone is a good plan, knows what to do?

I have this DVD for Everlast ..

http://www.amazon.com/Everlast-Boxing-Workout-DVDs/dp/B00114VNXM

Suppose that are good for beginners. Do you think it is enough to start?

But I have a question ..
What are all should I buy? I can give them names or link? Thank you.

BTW, I just do this for fun and get a workout. does not intend a boxer or anything. I think it would be fun to do a workout of boxing too. and learn basic boxing.

Buy anything from Everlast. They suck, and the smallest for the purchase of fuel to stay in business. If you are purely a pit, then ignores any technique or anything, just hit the sack a few times only to YouTube and search for "boxing" or "training boxing training, and you should see the endless lectures on a variety of things.

Answer:

Go to my YouTube Channel (billiardjay on youtube) and start watching videos. If you can not adjust to find something where your needs, then the boxing is not for you.

Good luck!
