Blank Bill Of Sale For Car I Bought A Car And Then I Didn't Want It. I Never Transfer Title Into My Name.. Titles In Previous Owner Name

I bought a car and then I didn't want it. I never transfer title into my name.. Titles in previous owner name - blank bill of sale for car

I bought a car and then I do not want to know. However, transfer of ownership was never my name is .. The title is the name of former owner. If the previous owner sold the car for me, left the area, buyer and date blank .. Never completed anything .. So 6 months later I sold the car to that person, and filled his name in the space in which buyers and date .. He also signed a receipt indicating the car was sold as a reservoir or parties, "the new buyer to change the title and everything, and had problems .. I'm off the hook is? My Note to the buyer DMVand that I bought and sold as a reservoir or parts there .. there's no need to re-title my name. I'm off the hook I take him to court because I refused to return and pay the track or the sales tax if the property owners.

You can not do legally what they have tried it. This is called "jumping the tracks." You can be arrested for skipping tracks. To legal, you first need a title in his name. Then you can "sell his" car. His BS is only exceeded by his naivete. How long a vehicle can suddenly declare doing a storage for you? "You can fool some people at the time, but you can not fool all of us ....
